From IROS2009
IROS 2009 offers sponsorship opportunities and exhibit space for interested corporations. Any company interested in sponsoring will receive the items listed below as a part of their sponsorship package. If you are interested in being a sponsor please contact the exhibits chair and fill out the sponsorship form.
On behalf of the organizing committee of IEEE/RSJ International Conference on Intelligent Robots and Systems (IROS2009, http://www.iros09.mtu.edu), we would like to invite companies, publishers and researchers to participate in the conference exhibition to be held in St. Louis, MO., USA, on Oct. 11-15, 2009. With anticipated 1500 conference attendees from universities, industries, and government agencies worldwide, IROS2009 provides a good opportunity for companies to advertise the products, sell books, and to increase the visibility of their organizations. The IROS2009 is pleased to offer the following privileges/services:
- A. Offer exhibition booth space for product demo
- B. List (B/W) logo/name of the company in the program book
- C. Print (color) logo of the company on the back cover of the program book (limited to 20 companies)
- D. Include one-page advertisement flyer in registration packages
- E. Publish a one-page B/W advertisement in the conference digest
- G. Golden Sponsor: print logo of the company on the conference banner, conference bags and list the company name/logo on the sponsorship page in the program book and conference digest (limited to 2 companies), free conference registration of one company representative.
- S. Silver Sponsor: print logo of the company on conference bags and list the company name/logo on the sponsorship page in the program book and conference digest (limited to 5 companies).
- R. Bronze Sponsor: list the company name/logo on the sponsorship page in the program book and conference digest
The rates for the above services are as follows:

- Provide power, spaces for product demo;
- Sponsorships must be confirmed and paid by July 1, 2009
Deadline for submission of materials:
- For services B and C, the companies must provide logos (PDF file) before Sept. 15, 2009 to be included in the program book. We will NOT accept any new or unpaid commitments after Sept. 15, 2009.
- For service D and E, the company prepares 1500 (tentative) one-page flyers and ships them to the conference site before Oct. 1, 2009. If more than 1500 prints are needed, we will provide an update when the exact registration number is available. If the company would like the IROS2009 to offer printing services, a one-page flyer in PDF format must be provided no later than Sept. 15, 2009.
- For sponsorship G, S and R, the companies must provide logos (PDF file) before June 15, 2009 to be included in the conference bags and banner.
The detailed information on exhibition will be provided by the exhibition chairs.
